Today I went to Red Cross and 2 other volunteers and I worked on helping the Red Cross with categorizing their volunteers into the right areas (including many from way outside of Texas) and while it was a completely new system to be working with, Molly, the volunteer specialist, walked us through the process.  We managed to get a hang of what we were supposed to do.
