I got sick again this summer and it was to the point where I couldn't even go outside for an entire week because of my medication and I realized that I have to stop putting off my exercising since it is obviously taking a huge toll on my health and my ability to actually enjoy my summer. I have exercised for about 2 weeks so far and I definitely feel my newfound strength along with a physically better looking body. I even lost a couple of pounds while I was at it! Here is some random proof shots of my exercising from my phone...
My exercise regime consists of:
10 minutes on the treadmill
25 minutes on the elliptical
10 minutes for ab exercises
Which equates to about 45 minutes a day as of last week Monday (excluding today... I had to volunteer)
15 days * 45 minutes per day: 11.25 hours!

From exercising, I've increased my immune system and I feel great now! Also, after teaching myself to stop depending on just the elliptical machine and actually run, I feel like I'm sweating a lot more and doing even more good to my body and building a little muscle as well.  I am finally re-committing to exercising 6-7 days a week and my body has never felt better!
