Exercising... is something I desperately need to get back on. I exercised every single day last semester because of an ultimate goal: to have a rocking body in December for my trip to Florida. Florida is known for having the best beaches in the United States and I had to get ready for any situation! I spent endless hours finding nice bikinis but with a nice bikini required a nice body. Here's some background information: I hate exercise. I suck at active sports and I know I suck at them so I never bothered to exercise prior to last semester. I did try before that in vain, only to give up within the first week. This time it was different for I had an actual goal and I knew I had to fulfill it, for myself and my wonderful bikini lying in my closet. I exercised at least an hour every single day the entire last semester at the Rec Center. Sometimes I would do INSANITY at home because I didn't have time to go to the Rec Center. After my long term exercising dedication, clothes started to fit looser, I started to see traces of my hidden stamina, and exercise was no longer an enemy to me. I could now conquer those evil treadmills and elliptical much more efficiently and overcome those awful weights that used to own me. I started to see abs (ABS!... I miss them) and toned thighs...until I came back from the trip. I felt amazing on the trip, and continued to exercise then because I had to burn off the amazing food. But when I came back... I had no more initiative to exercise anymore. BUT I SHALL CONQUER ONCE AGAIN!!

Anywho, 1 hour * 70 days = 70 hours. (From september to December)
I took off the entire december christmas break (though I did still go exercise during my trip) and some days during the semester because I do get lazy too sometimes. But I was pretty strict about going everyday for the most part because my parents went everyday...and I felt lonely at home.
